feat(index): simplify hero copy and normalize button text

- Tighten hero descriptions by removing verbose explanations
- Convert buttons to sentence case with arrows
- Fix smart quotes to regular apostrophes
- Streamline CTA from "RUN AI LOCALLY. START HERE." to "Start with Local AI →
