9866572002 We still had some problems with the shift key getting stuck. The new 
code makes sure that we restore "faked" modifiers both after press and
release. It's also shorter.

I've added two new test cases to the doc as well.

60704a5c00 Disk redirection actually uses share names; not drive letters. 
Make sure we truncate share names longer than 8 chars.

0f1660ead7 Try to use a TrueColor visual, even if the default-visual is 
PseudoColor. This enables high-colour modes on displays with
a PseudoColor default visual and eliminates colourmap-flashing
at 8 bpp there.
